This website and its services are operated by Manly Moda Ltd, trading as Mastered Pulse. By using them you agree to these terms.

• Mastered Pulse Academy — four paths: Starter (1 month, €10, Stage 1), Builder (3 months, €18, Stages 1–3), Advanced (6 months, €27, Stages 1–6) and Professional (12 months, €40, Stages 1–12).
• Blueprint Studio — a production-planning web app, €10 for 12 months.

They are bought separately. An Academy path does not include Blueprint Studio, and Blueprint Studio does not include Academy lessons. Every Academy lesson can be completed without the app.

This website does not complete a purchase. The form sends a request; we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and send a secure payment link. The agreement starts when payment is confirmed and your access is activated. If we cannot fulfil a request, you are not charged.

Prices are in euros and the price that applies is the one confirmed in writing. Access is for a fixed period with no automatic renewal.

Stage 1 opens when your access is activated. On longer paths, each following stage opens one month after the previous one, up to the last stage included in your path, while your access is active. Your stage calendar is shown in your account. Paying for a longer path does not unlock all of its stages on day one.

Blueprint Studio is used within the published allowance (currently 12 complete blueprints per month, 3 section revisions per blueprint and 20 saved projects). It produces plans, scripts and prompts; it does not render videos.

AI-generated plans can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking facts, claims, rights and suitability before you use them.

Subscriptions and credits for third-party tools (Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs and others), unlimited one-to-one coaching, and custom production work. We have no control over third-party tools, their prices or availability.

Your access is personal. Do not share your sign-in or access. We may suspend access that is shared, resold or used to copy the material.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the lessons, blueprints and templates to create your own work, including commercial work. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the material itself, or use it to build a competing course.

Preview material from Mastered Pulse is for members' personal viewing only.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you allow us to display it inside the community. Follow the community rules; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

Do not use what you learn to deceive people: label recreations of real events as recreations, do not impersonate real people, and do not publish fake proof, fake testimonials or unverified product claims.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Academy is designed to build real skills, but we do not guarantee views, followers, income, clients or employment. Completion badges are program milestones, not accredited qualifications.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted. Tools change quickly, so lessons are updated over time; we will not remove the core content of a stage you have paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
