When you send an Access Pass request, we collect only what the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The package you selected

Alongside the request we store basic technical context: the page the request came from, the referring page if your browser sends one, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. This tells us which post or channel a request came from.

We do not ask for an email address, a postal address, an account, or any payment or card details. No payment is taken on this website.

Your name and phone number are used to contact you on WhatsApp about the request you sent — to confirm your package and send a secure payment link — and for related customer communication about your access.

The request context is used only to understand where requests come from, in aggregate.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and there is no newsletter sign-up attached to the form.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data is shared only with the service providers that make the site work — our hosting provider and our database provider — who process it on our instructions.

This website does not collect, process or store card numbers or any other payment details. Payment is arranged separately after we contact you, through a secure payment link. Any card details you enter there are handled by that payment provider, not by this website.

Access Pass requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and to administer any access that follows, and thereafter only as long as required for our legitimate business or legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Requests are stored in a hosted Postgres database with row level security enabled. They can only be written by our server and are not readable from the browser. Access is limited to people who need it in order to respond to you.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not run third-party tracking scripts by default. Fonts are served with the site itself rather than from a third party at page load.

Depending on where you live — including in the UK and the EU — you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

This website and the Access Pass are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
