Manly Moda Ltd, trading as Mastered Pulse, operates this website, the Mastered Pulse Academy and Blueprint Studio, and is responsible for the personal data described below. Questions: contact@masteredpulse.com.

When you send an access request:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your email address, if you give it
• The Academy path and/or app you selected, and the site branch (International or España)

With the request we store basic context: the page it came from, the referring page if your browser sends one, and campaign parameters in the link you followed.

When you become a member: your email (to sign you in), your access dates, your learning progress, and the projects you save in Blueprint Studio.

When you use the community: what you post — text, images and video you upload — and your display name.

We never ask for card numbers or payment details on this website.

To contact you on WhatsApp about your request and send a secure payment link; to create and run your account and the access you paid for; to provide support; and to keep the community safe.

Request context is used only to understand, in aggregate, which channels bring requests.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing. Any newsletter would be opt-in and separate.

Performing the contract you ask for (requests, accounts, access, support); our legitimate interest in running and securing the service; and your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

We use service providers that process data on our instructions: website hosting (Netlify), database, sign-in and file storage (Supabase, EU region), the payment provider that handles the payment link, and — for Blueprint Studio — the AI model provider that turns your brief into a plan. Only the project details you enter are sent to it, never your contact details.

Payment happens through a secure link sent to you after we confirm your request. Card details entered there are handled by that payment provider, not by this website.

Projects and uploads are private to your account unless you choose to post them in the community. Only upload faces, voices, brands or products you have the right to use.

Requests: as long as needed to answer them and administer any access that follows. Accounts: while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return or export your work, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep records longer. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Data is stored in a hosted Postgres database with row level security: each member can only read their own private data. Admin access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your branch. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts are set by default.

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a portable format, and complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD; in the UK, the ICO).

The Academy and the app are for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
