Everything you need to get help with a Mastered Pulse Access Pass: where to write, what support covers, and how quickly we reply.
How to reach us
- WhatsApp — +13026024718, or reply in the chat where you arranged your Access Pass. This is the fastest way to reach us, because your package and payment details are already there.
- Instagram — send a direct message to @masteredpulse.
- Email — write to contact@masteredpulse.com.
Please contact us from the phone number you used for your Access Pass request, or tell us that number, so we can find your package.
What support covers
- Getting access after payment, and access that stops working.
- Questions about your package, its period and what it includes.
- Payment questions — receipts, a double charge, or the wrong package.
- Refund requests, handled under our Refund Policy.
- Requests about your personal data, handled under our Privacy Policy.
Support does not cover fixing or teaching third-party tools mentioned in the material. 1-on-1 creative guidance is separate: it is available by request, subject to scheduling and availability.
When we reply
We aim to reply within one to two working days, and usually sooner. Messages sent at weekends or on public holidays may wait until the next working day.
Access problems after a confirmed payment are dealt with first.
Helping us help you
Include in your first message:
- The name and phone number you used.
- Your package and the date you paid.
- What went wrong, with a screenshot if you have one.
Never send a full card number, a password or a security code. We will never ask for them.
How we handle a request
We confirm we have your message, check your package and payment, and either fix the problem or tell you what we need from you. If something takes longer to fix, we keep you updated in the same conversation.
If you are not happy with the answer, say so in the same conversation and the request will be looked at again.
Respect
We treat every customer with respect and ask the same in return. We may stop replying to messages that are abusive or threatening.
